Everhot Chrome Pack
Adds a chrome trim to your new cooker.
The handrail brackets and door hinge 'blocks' (normally in the same colour as the rest of the cooker's front), and handrail, door trims and hinge pins (normally brushed stainless steel) are finished in high quality chrome.

All models are available in all colours, with the exception of Matt Black - this is not available for cookers; it's is only for Everhot Electric Stoves and Everhot Electric Heaters. (The only extra-cost options are the Chrome or Brass Pack and 100mm rear infill for the cooker's top.)
Your choice of colour won't affect the delivery time from the factory (except bespoke colours which add six to eight weeks) - all Everhot Cookers are made to order and take the same time (usually about 8-12 weeks) to come. Stoves and Heaters are normally around a 2-4 week delivery time.
(We sometimes have some more popular models in stock which would be available straight away - just ask if you need one quickly.)
Hidden Features!
#1 'ECO Advance'
Adapting your Everhot to the way you live.
The Everhot's 'ECO' programme allows you to set it to reduce in temperature when it's not in use, saving energy and money.
Since it takes a little while to heat up (or cool down) we recommend that you programme it to be at its 'normal' cooking temperature for when you might need it, let's say from 5pm to 8pm, rather than trying to pin down an exact half-hour slot in the day. (It can be set differently every day in the week but each week is repeated - a '7-day' programme.)
It's more like setting your central heating timer than an alarm clock.
There will be times though when you need to 'advance' the setting from 'Normal' to 'Low' - if you decide to go out for a meal perhaps, or, from 'Low' to 'Normal' if you get home from work early and want to start cooking straight away.
There's a 'hidden' function in the latest ECO control panels fitted to Everhots (from April 2014 onwards) which lets you 'advance' to the next stage:
How to 'advance' in or out of ECO mode
(Using the latest control box with a 'black glass' facia.)
Whilst you're in the 'timed ECO' mode (ECO LED flashing) press and hold the ECO button for about two to three seconds, the display will then change and you'll see '5kp' (for 'skip') alternating with '0ff' in the bottom oven display.
Press the bottom oven's power button (just to the left of the temperature display) to turn the ECO mode off - the cooker will then return to full heat.
If you want to go back to ECO mode just repeat the process - press and hold the ECO button, then press the bottom oven's power button to skip to 'ECO mode ON' and the cooker will go back to the lower 'ECO' temperatures.
With the previous 'silver' control box it's a very similar procedure
(Everhots built from April 2014 onwards)
Whilst you're in the 'timed ECO' mode (ECO LED flashing) press and hold the bottom (left) oven's 'Power' button (to the left of its temperature display); it'll then say 'off' in the display - crucially though keep it held down for a further two seconds or so and it'll return to a temperature read-out only you'll now have 'advanced' the cooker to the next stage of 'ECO' and the ECO LED will flash amber rather than green.
(If you were in ECO it'll come out of it and return to full cooking temperature, and if you were at full heat it'll go down to the ECO temperatures.) To cancel and return to where you started just do the same again (press and hold the bottom left oven power button until you get back to where you started).
