The Everhot 90i
Features:
Large two-zone cast-iron hot-plate
Two-zone induction hob, controlled separately to the main hot-plate.
Two full size ovens with a powerful grill in the top oven.
Approximately 600W heat output to the room (when at 'full' cooking temperature).
Electric consumption: 85-100kWh per week.

Oven and Hot-plate Temperatures and Dimensions
Large Cast-Iron Hot Plate:
Overall the hot-plate is 400mm wide x 355mm deep and split in to two zones - to the left is the 'hot-plate' and right is 'simmer plate'.
You can set both sides to the same temperature, or to be different however if the hot-plate side is set to 300-320 degrees then the simmer side will pick up some heat and be at a good simmering temperature even if it is turned off.
Boiling Plate:
Left side:
225mm wide x 355mm deep
Maximum: 350 degrees C
Heat-up time to 300C: 20-40mins
Simmering Plate:
Right side:
175mm wide x 355mm deep
Maximum: 350 degrees C
Heat-up time to 300C: 20-40mins
Two-Zone Induction Hob:
The most efficient way to hob-cook (90% plus) - a high quality two zone induction hob.
It can be used separately to the rest of your Everhot, either as extra capacity when you're busy, or as a low-energy (and low heat-output) alternative to the cast-iron hotplate in warmer weather.

Controls
The Everhot 90i has its main (heat-storage part) controls behind the smaller door, the touch-controls for the induction hob are on the hob itself.
Power Requirement
All that's required are two 13amp power sockets (these must be two single sockets, NOT a double) to the side of the cooker (NOT BEHIND IT!) - there are two cables exiting the back of the cooker (1.3m long), with plug-tops to go to the sockets which must be no more than 0.6m from its right side or 0.3m from its left side.
Why two single sockets?
Weight
The Everhot 90i weighs approximately 300kg.
