The Everhot 160i

Everhot 160i Cooker

Features:

Extremely Versatile - Two large cast-iron hotplates, each with 60/40 split and separate control for each 'zone', four ovens (two with a grill) and a two-zone induction hob, all separately and independently controlled.

Approximately 1200W heat output to the room (when all ovens and hotplates are at 'normal' cooking temperature).

Electric consumption: Approximately 150kWh per week (when using ECO mode overnight, or around 170kWh per week without using ECO).

Oven and Hot-plate Temperatures and Dimensions

TWO Large Cast-Iron Hot Plates (under each of the lids):

Both hotplates have:

A hot-plate (400mm wide x 355mm deep) and split 60/40 in to two zones:

To the left is the 'boiling-plate' which has the heating element beneath and to its right is the 'simmering-plate' also with separate temperature control.

(If you leave the simmering-plate turned off, with the boiing-plate on, heat will conduct across and it'll settle at about 70-75% of the heat of the boiling-plate.)

Left side (Boiling-plate):

225mm wide x 355mm deep
Maximum: 350 degrees C
Heat-up time to 300C: 20-40mins

Right side (Simmering-plate):

175mm wide x 355mm deep

Natural conduction means it'll be at about 70-75% of the setting of the left side with its element turned off, or a maximum of 350 degrees C using its own element.

Two-Zone Induction Hob:

A high quality two zone induction hob.
It can be used separately to the rest of your Everhot, either as extra capacity when you're busy, or as a low-energy (and low heat-output) alternative to the cast-iron hotplate in warmer weather. The two zones can be linked to form one larger one if you need to.

Power Requirement

All that's required are three 13amp power sockets (these must be three single sockets, NOT a double) to the side of the cooker (NOT BEHIND IT!) - there are three cables exiting the back of the cooker (1.3m long), with plug-tops to go to the sockets which must be no more than 0.2m from its left or 0.35m from its right side. They are best located about 40cm above floor level on the back of the base unit to the cooker's side.

Why single sockets?

Everhot Electrical Supply - two single socket outlets needed

There are two separate handrails with two brackets for each. Also supplied is a colour-matched jointing strip for the front and a stainless-steel one for the top.

(If you fit the deeper 100mm rear infill please bear in mind you'll need two [one for each section] and a longer top-plate jointing strip.)
