The AGA eR3 Series 150cm 'Everyday' Cookers
A contemporary AGA with the flexibility for Everyday living
No flue needed, cheap to run, no annual servicing, two-zone induction hob and a high capacity fan oven.
It's everything you'd expect of an AGA: true AGA cast-iron ovens for real AGA radiant-heat cooking, a super-quick, dual function electric hotplate. All with simple, easy to use controls.

The outer section is useable and provides extra cooking area (albeit at a lower heat) to the main hot-plate.

Induction Hob
A state-of-the-art two-zone induction hob.
With touch-controls, pan detection and numerous automatic functions the induction hob adds a new level of functionality to your AGA.
Induction Hob Functions:
- Defrost / melt (44 C).
- Warm and keep warm (70 C).
- Warm and simmer (90 C).
- Boil-detection for water.
- Heat to frying temperature.
- Timer functions (various).
- Keep simmering or re-boil.

Ovens
Two cast-iron AGA radiant heat ovens in the middle section, a tall sheet-metal warming oven to the right and a 'best-in-class' 90 litre fan oven on the left.
Left - Tall 90 Litre conventional fan oven with two baking trays, four grid shelves and a plate rack.
Upper middle - dual function cast-iron oven that can be set to either roasting (240 C) or baking (190 C) temperature.
Lower middle - simmering and slow-cooking oven (110-120 C).
Right - tall warming oven (switched separately). For plate or general 'warming' duties.

Notes
The AGA eR3 Series doesn't need a raised plinth.
A clearance of 650mm is required above the hob to any surface/extractor.
A clearance of 116mm is required to the left side to allow the oven doors to open far enough so the trays can be slid in and out without being obstructed by the door liner.
There is a 25mm spacer fitted to the back of the cooker which should not be removed.
This ensures the correct gap is maintained to any wall construction and allows the cooker to be fitted up to a plasterboard or 'combustible' wall.
There will always be a small (14mm) gap behind the cooker's top plate to the wall. (Due to the top-plate overhang of the back - see diagram.)

The eR3 Series 150-4 needs a 32amp cooker circuit and TWO 13amp socket outlets (one for the fan oven and simmering plate, and second for the induction hob).

Hot Plate Surround
The area not covered by the lid surrounding the circular hot-plates has two durable sections, removable for cleaning and is designed to have pans resting on it to slow the cooking speed and reduce the heat.

Note
The temperature of this oven means that (under official food safety recommendations) it's not recommended for use as a 'holding oven' for food.
Note
The AGA eR3 Series cast-iron ovens are the same size as any cast-iron heat-storage AGA so all the oven trays, shelves and roasting tins fit the runners.

Electric Supply
A 32amp cooker circuit and TWO 13amp socket outlets are required.
The switch(es) must be in the same room, within 2m of and NOT BEHIND OR DIRECTLY ABOVE the cooker. In a base unit to its side is ideal.

The top oven can be set to either roast or bake.

'AGA' Hot-plates
The centre hot-plate can be set to either boil or simmer and there's a separately controlled simmer plate above the fan oven to the left. (The durable hot-plate surrounds are really useful for simmering when the hotplate is set to boiling temperature.)

Cast-iron ovens, a 90 litre fan oven and a third tall warming oven.
Won't Overheat the room
It doesn't have to be on at full heat all the time so it won't overheat the room, resulting in low running costs, saving you money. Extra savings come from not needing annual servicing either.
No flue or chimney
No flue and no pipes to outside mean it can be positioned virtually anywhere in the kitchen. We'd recommend an extractor above but it could even go in an island if you want.
Pre-Heat timer for the top-left oven (Optional)
A timer that can switch on the top oven so it's heated ready to use is available. You'll need to leave the oven control at the desired setting, then the timer will switch it on, and back off again at the requested time(s).
