Everhot Model Variations

'Plus' or 'Induction'

All Everhots have a large main cast-iron hotplate on the left; however there's a choice for the hob on the right.

The 90, 100 and 110 models come in two variations:

'Plus' models

Have a second cast-iron simmering plate.

'Induction' models

Have a two or three-zone induction hob.

The Plus models give out a little more heat, and use a tiny bit more power (100W or so) due to the constantly-on nature of the second hot-plate.

The 120 Plus / 120i and 150 Plus / 150i differences

Note the slight difference in model - one has an 'i' and the other doesn't!

The Everhot 120 Plus is effectively two 60 models side by side, giving double the cooking space (two large cast-iron hotplates), double the features and double the heat-output of a single 60 or 90. (Which is actually about the same as a two or three oven AGA.)

The Everhot 150 Plus is a 90 on the left (without the additional cast iron or induction hob) and a 60 on the right.

It too has a higher heat-output to the room but adds on-board controls (the 120 has two external control boxes which need to be accommodated in your kitchen design).

Everhot 120i

The 120i has its controls on-board (behind the top right hand door), a lower simmering oven (bottom right) and a three-zone induction hob to the right.

It can be classed as a 'normal' heat-output Everhot, about the same as the 110i and 150i, and less than the non-induction 120 and 150.

Everhot 150i

The 150i also has its controls on-board (behind the smaller middle door), a lower simmering oven (bottom right) and a three-zone induction hob to the right. It also has a fourth half-height plate warming space behind the top-right door.

It too can be classed as a 'normal' heat-output Everhot, similar to the 110i and 120i, and less than the non-induction 120 Plus and 150 Plus.

Everhot 110 Plus

This has a large single hotplate to the left and a large single simmer plate to the right.

They're both the same size (unlike the smaller simmer-plates on the 90 Plus and 100 Plus).
